Documentation you can file, not chase
WHMIS 2015 (GHS) Labels
Every container ships with a compliant workplace label, bilingual (English/French), including hazard pictograms, signal words, and precautionary statements.
Safety Data Sheets
A current, product-specific SDS is prepared or supplied for every formulation and included with each shipment — no separate request needed.
Certificate of Analysis
Available on request for any batch: measured values against your specification, batch number, and date of manufacture.
TDG-Compliant Shipping
Dangerous goods are classified, packaged, marked, and documented in accordance with Canada's Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations.
How every batch is controlled
Custom blending only works if batch two matches batch one. Our process is built around written records, not memory.
- Written formulation and batch record for every product
- Raw materials verified against supplier certificates before use
- Calibrated balances and measurement equipment
- Finished-batch checks against specification before release
- Batch numbers traceable to raw material lots
What we verify before selling
Some chemicals are controlled or restricted in Canada. Before quoting on regulated materials, we verify:
- End-use and purchaser eligibility for controlled substances
- Compliance with the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act precursor schedules where applicable
- CEPA / Domestic Substances List status of formulation components
- Provincial requirements for storage and delivery
If we can't supply a material legally and safely, we'll tell you — and where possible suggest an alternative.
